In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode ‘From Havana With Love’, Deeks and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) go undercover at a Cuban club as the team investigates Rebecca Larmont (guest star Shanna Collins), a defense contractor who is suspected of selling military secrets to a foreign government. It’s her estranged husband Victor (Lou Ferrigno Jr), who works at the club, who tips off the team. Kensi goes undercover as a dancer and she has some serious moves.
Ruah has been dancing since she was 5 years old. When her family moved from the U.S. to Portugal, she started to dance, and took up gymnastics and competed nationally. When she went to college at the London Metropolitan University, she majored in dance. In 2007, Ruah competed on the Portuguese version of Dancing with the Stars, Dança Comigo, and won! NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 8pm on CBS.
