In the TV movie Love on the Sidelines, when recent college graduate Laurel Welk finds herself out of work, she picks up a job working as the personal assistant of superstar quarterback Danny Holland (John Reardon). They don’t hit it off at first. But while Danny is sitting on the sidelines with an injury, he eventually falls in love with Laurel. But then you knew that from the title!

Love on the Sidelines premieres on Hallmark Channel on January 16 at 9pm.
