Dr. Miami is a new reality show on WEtv that follows Bar Harbour, Florida plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer aka Dr. Miami. His staff films the doctor operating on his patients and posts the videos on social media for the world to watch. And they do. In the series premiere episode “Plastic Makes Perfect,” Dr. Miami works on fellow social media star Adam Barta who wants a new nose and chin.

Adam Barta is a singer/songerwriter who is known for his duets with reality stars including Alana Thompson of Honey Boo Boo fame (Movin’ Up), Octomom Nadya Suleman (“Sexy Party”), Tan Mom (“It’s Tan Mom), and recipient-of-Anthony-Weiner’s-sexts Sydney Leathers (“Weinerizer”), among others. He also put together ‘The Plastics’ – three people who had plastic surgeries to look like Justin Bieber, Madonna and Jennifer Lawrence. See below. Barta told The New York Post, “I like to think of myself as Weird Al meets Adam Lambert for the new generation.” Dr. Miami airs Fridays at 10pm on WEtv.
