Marissa Patel is portrayed by Nishi Munshi. Fun Bones fact: This is Munshi’s second time on Bones; she appeared in the 2013 episode “The Doom in the Gloom” (about Doomsday preppers). Patel is also recognized for her roles on Jane the Virgin (Izzie Hillcroft), CSI: Cyber (Rosalyn Price), The Originals (Gia), Switched at Birth (Priya), and Days of Our Lives (Shalini), among others. The former Miss India California (2006) will appear on the big screen with Criminal Minds‘ Shemar Moore in the romcom, The Bounce Back. Bones airs Thursdays at 8pm on FOX.
