People magazine is launching its very first awards show, the People Magazine Awards. A two-hour special will be broadcast on NBC, Thursday, December 18 at 9pm. All of Hollywood’s finest will be there including Jennifer Aniston, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Kevin Hart, Michael Keaton, and Jennifer Lopez, among others.
During the show, after tallying the results of its online voting survey, People will announce the most fave People cover of 2014–the one everyone will still be talking about 40 years from now. You can Tweet your choice with the hashtag #PEOPLEMagazineAwards or vote online. There are 10 to choose from including Ellen, Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Fallon, Prince George, Robin Williams, Joan Rivers, George and Amal’s wedding, and Brittany Maynard’s goodbye.
