Universal Pictures released a 20-second teaser for the fourth film in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World. It’s been 14 years since Jurassic Park III starred a then 53-year-old Sam Neill. Jurassic World stars Hollywood’s It Boy, the 35-year-old sex symbol Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy, Parks and Recreation) and takes place in a new theme park, Jurassic World, which includes new modern rides including (what we call) The Boy In the Bubble capsule. In a transparent sphere, visitors can cruise beside giant cloned dinosaurs.
Not a lot has been revealed about the plot. And remember, the teaser is only 20 seconds. Directed by indie screenwriter Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed), Jurassic World will open June 12, 2015. Don’t worry Jurassic/Pratt fans: a more satisfying trailer will premiere during Thanksgiving Football on NBC, November 27.
