In the Hallmark TV movie Summer in the City, young and attractive Taylor Morgan is the protagonist. She’s a small town girl working in a retail store. When her boss Alyssa (Vivica A. Fox) offers her a promotion — a chance to manage her New York City store — Taylor jumps on the opportunity. Taylor does her best to fit into New York but discovers that the secret to her success lies in keeping hold of her Midwestern charm. Oh, and she falls in love with cute real estate broker Phil.
Taylor is portrayed by Julianna Guill. She’s known for her roles on Rush Hour (Alice), Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce (Becca Riley) and in the films Captain America: Civil War (Stark’s Assistant), and Friday the 13th (Bree, 2009), among others. Summer in the City premieres on Hallmark on Saturday, August 13 at 9pm. It will air again August 14 at 3pm, August 20 at 7pm, August 21 at 11am, and August 27 at 11am.
