The TV movie Boy in the Attic is about a teenage girl Callie (Abbie Cobb) and her mother Rachel (Gina Holden) who move into an old house which they inherit. While in town, Callie meets a cute guy named Michael. Callie doesn’t know that Michael actually lives in their house, in the attic. Callie has to make a big decision when she finds out Michael has been hiding in the attic and why — he’s been falsely accused of murder.

The boy Michael is portrayed by Max Lloyd-Jones. The London-born actor is known for his roles on When Calls the Heart (Tom), Switched at Birth (Noah), and on the TV movie The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story (Jason Priestley) with Abbie Cobb (she was Jennie Garth). Lloyd-Jones will appear next on the big screen in 2017 film War for the Planet of the Apes (Blue Eyes). Boy in the Attic premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, August 20 at 8pm.
