Evelyn Lozada is one of the five main cast members of VH1’s reality show Basketball Wives. She was once engaged to NBA star Antoine Walker, then married NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson (it lasted three months, July-October 2012). She is now engaged to Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford–aka “The Perfect Storm.” In March, Lozada gave birth to Crawford’s baby boy, Carl Crawford Jr.
Lozada took to Twitter this week after seeing the shocking video of Ray Rice attacking his then fianceé, Janay Palmer, in an Atlantic City elevator. Lozada wrote: “That video has me PISSED THE F— OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!” Lozada suffered similar abuse from Chad Johnson in 2012. That’s why the marriage only lasted three months. She quickly filed for divorced. Janay Palmer is reacting in a very different way to the abuse. She married Ray Rice after the incident.
