In the New Amsterdam episode “The Big Picture,” when the recently widowed Dr. Max Goodwin (Ryan Eggold) invokes a hospital-wide census in effort to get to know the staff of New Amsterdam on a deeper level, Head of the Emergency Room, Dr. Lauren Bloom, speaks up and voices her concerns.
Bloom is portrayed by English-born actress Janet Montgomery. Montgomery is also known for her roles on Salem (Mary Sibley), This Is Us (Olivia Maine), and Entourage (Jennie), among others.
When not on a TV set, Montgomery is enjoying her downtime in a bikini! She recently tagged Oscar-winning Titanic director James Cameron in the video post above and wrote: “here is my audition tape for Titanic 2. Can’t wait for your feedback!!”
