On The Real Housewives of Dallas episode “A Recipe for Disaster,” Mama Dee Simmons invites Kameron, LeeAnne, and D’Andra for a day of Southern cooking at the lake, and serves heaping lessons on friendship, hoping to bring the dueling besties back together. But Kameron’s mother-in-law Jimmy Westcott offers D’Andra some hard-to-stomach advice that leads to an ugly showdown between the high society housewives. D’Andra has been warned by everyone, even LeeAnne Holden, about her behavior especially when she drinks with Brandi Redmond. So when D’Andra tells Kameron that she was offended by what her mother-in-law had to say, and felt like she was being attacked, Kameron defends her mother-in-law and tells D’Andra she’s had it.

Jimmy Elizabeth Westcott is the ex-wife of multi-millionaire Carl H. Westcott (founder of 1-800-Flowers), and mother of Kameron’s husband Court and his brother Chart. Jimmy Westcott has served on several charitable boards including The Boys and Girls Club of Great Dallas, among others. When they were married, her husband established a chair in her honor, The Jimmy Elizabeth Westcott Distinguished Chair in Pediatric Neurology at the UT Southwestern Medical Center, and endowed a new soccer field at Southern Methodist University — now named the Westcott Field. One year after Jimmy and Carl divorced in 2016, Jimmy sold the family’s 14,000-square-foot mansion (next door to Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones) for about $12 million in March 2017. The Real Housewives of Dallas airs Wednesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.
