There are a number of new mysterious and mean characters making their debut on Season 7 of Once Upon a Time. Cinderella’s (Dania Ramirez) wicked stepmother Victoria Belfrey (aka Lady Tremaine) is a real estate developer who has no qualms with pushing out the fairy-tale characters. With her is her daughter Ivy Belfrey aka Drizella (Adelaide Kane).
Victoria/Lady Tremaine is portrayed by Gabrielle Anwar. The English-born actress is known for (although you won’t recognize her!) from her roles on Burn Notice (Fiona Glenanne) and The Tudors (Princess Margaret). Lady Tremaine/Gabrielle looks totally different from the smoking hot Fiona on Burn Notice! (see link above)Fun facts: Gabrielle’s father is two-time Oscar-nominated film editor Tariq Anwar (American Beauty, The King’s Speech), and as a teenager she starred in Paul McCartney‘s 1986 video “Pretty Little Head” (see below). Once Upon a Time airs Fridays at 8pm on ABC.
