In the Season 4 premiere of My Big Fat Fabulous Life, Whitney Way Thore is blonde and single. And to add more drama to the 32-year-old’s life, she’s pregnant. She says in the sneak peek video: “Technically I suppose I could be pregnant. I don’t think it is likely in any universe at all, but I think that to settle my own mind down I should just take a test.”

A camera follows her into the bathroom where she’s seen pulling down her pants and then a quick cut to her using a droplet for the test. “The thought of being pregnant scares the shit out of me,” she says. After the test shows a positive two lines, she tells her family. Her father Glenn Thore is not pleased. He sums up the situation like this: “You’ve broken up with Lenny and you come home as an unwed mother.” My Big Fat Fabulous Life airs Tuesdays at 9pm on TLC.
