In the Dance Moms episode ‘Battle of the Blondes’, three weeks before Nationals ALDC instructor Abby Lee Miller auditions another new dancer to be a member of the “Great 8” team that’s heading to Nationals. “I found someone to be the opposite of Brynn!” Miller announces/yells. Although one mother protests, “Tryouts are over,” Abby says, “I don’t think so.”
The one mother who’s most upset about the new blonde dancer is Ashlee, Brynn’s mother. Ashlee gets in the face of the new Dance Mom and says, “The last thing I need is for a mom to come in here and bully my kid again.” Abby Lee Miller responds with a smirk and says: “If God gave me that mother, I’d throw up every day.” Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Lifetime.
