In the TV movie A Perfect Christmas, newlywed couple Cynthia (Susie Abromeit) and Steve Faber (Dillon Casey) decided to invite both their families to their place for Christmas. Problem is Steve was just laid-off and (spoiler alert) Cynthia is pregnant. Don’t worry, everything turns out (more than) okay; it’s a Hallmark movie.
Cynthia’s mother-in-law Patricia Faber is portrayed by Erin Gray. She’s known for her roles on Baywatch (Chief Monica Johnson), Silver Spoons with Ricky Schroder (Kate Summers Stratton), and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (Colonel Wilma Deering), among others. New Yorkers might remember Gray from Bloomingdale’s commercials where Gray delivered the tagline “It’s like no other store in the world.” A Perfect Christmas will premiere on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, July 16 at 9pm.
