In the TV movie Honeymoon From Hell, young couple Julia (Lexi Giovagnoli) and Rivers McCoy (Adam Hagenbuch) decide to spend their honeymoon at a quaint bed and breakfast in South Carolina. When a storm comes through during the night, Julia thinks she sees someone. When she tells innkeeper Hazel Burroughs that there’s a creepy ghost stalking her, Hazel tells Julia “it’s just in your imagination.” Turns out the ghost is the legendary, heartbroken Alice Flagg.
Hazel Burroughs is portrayed by Catherine Hicks. She’s known for her TV roles on 7th Heaven (Annie Camden) and The Bad News Bears (Dr. Emily Rappant), and in the 1980s films Peggy Sue Got Married (Carol Heath), Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (Dr. Gillian Taylor), Child’s Play (Karen Barclay), and The Razor’s Edge with Bill Murray (Isabel Bradley). Honeymoon From Hell premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, July 16 at 8pm.
