In the Grey’s Anatomy episode “All Eyez on Me,” Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) brings a team of doctors with her to a military hospital to perform an experimental operation on a veteran, Sgt. Carson. But the patient’s surgeon, Major Thorpe, isn’t keen on the idea of “the Dream Team” using Carson as a guinea pig. Opposition from the Major will make Captain Vaughn’s job – to make sure the “Dream Team” has everything they need – more difficult.
Emily Vaughn is portrayed by Sarah Jane Morris. While she’s appeared on several TV shows including Mad Men, Hawaii Five-0, Criminal Minds, and Castle, she’s most recognized for her recurring roles on NCIS (NCIS Special Agent EJ Barrett), Brothers & Sisters (Julia Walker), and Felicity (Zoe Webb). Grey’s Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8pm on ABC.
