On the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Star-Struck Victims,” a young wannabe vlog star named Kristi Cryer (Vivien Cardone), accuses famous TV actor Bobby DiCecco of rape. DiCecco is arrested but then the charges are dropped due to lack of evidence. While NYPD Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) doesn’t know if Cryer is crying wolf or not, Detective Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) isn’t satisfied with due process and takes matters into her own hands.
