On the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode “Spinning a Web,” after the ladies take a spin class for a charity fundraiser, the backstabbing continues at a follow-up luncheon. Newbie Kathryn Edwards decides to tell everyone that she has been warned by fellow newbie Erika Girardi not to trust Lisa Vanderpump. (Girardi is not at the luncheon.)
“Don’t let her steer you, don’t get caught in her web,” Kathryn said Erika told her. “Well, those aren’t the words she used but it was something like that.” What Giardi did say was, “I think she’s [Vanderpump] a sniper from the side. I think she doesn’t want to leave any fingerprints.” Nevertheless, Vanderpump focuses on the “in her web” phrase uttered by Kathryn. Why Kathryn ratted out Erika remains a mystery, and doesn’t seem like a good move. As Eileen Davidson said after the lunch, “I thought she [Kathryn] was smarter than that.” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
