Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow put on their best English accents and chew the scenery in the upcoming action/comedy film Mortdecai. Depp plays an art dealer who’s been asked by “The Queen and country” via Inspector Martland (Ewan McGregor) to help find a stolen Goya painting. He’s married to a bossy wife (Gwyneth Paltrow) but lets his eye rest on a well-known nymphomaniac (Olivia Munn). It’s The Thomas Crown Affair meets Austin Powers.
Mortdecai, laced with equally fun music including Tom Jones’ “It’s Not Unusal,” will be released on January 23, 2015.
