American Horror Story actress Emma Roberts has a thing for assassins. She’s currently filming Ashby, a dramedy film about a high school student (Nat Wolff, The Fault in Our Stars) who is befriended by his neighbor, a retired CIA assassin (Mickey Rourke) who only has a few months left to live.
Soon Roberts will take off for Germany to film the thriller Hunter’s Prayer (formerly titled For the Dogs). She plays the lead, Ella Hatto, a college freshman who learns that her parents and younger brother have been murdered while she was on vacation overseas. She hires hitman Sam Worthington (Avatar, Clash of the Titans) to track down those responsible. Both Ashby and Hunter’s Prayer will be released in 2015.
