In the TV movie A Deadly Affair, even though married writer Mary is having an affair of her own, the idea of her husband Charlie (Alan Powell) having an affair bothers her. So she does what any woman on any Lifetime movie would do, she secretly follows him to work. Her plan backfires when she trails him to the house that he’s been renovating and discovers his dead body inside.
Mary is portrayed by Austin Highsmith. She’s known for her roles on the TV movie Nanny Seduction (Kara the nanny), Scream: The TV Series (Kristen Lang), and Rogues of LA (Tanya), among others. Highsmith is also recognized for her role as Phoebe in the 2011 film Dolphin Tale with Harry Connick, Jr, Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman. A Deadly Affair premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, March 11 at 10pm.
