In the TV movie The Other Wife, Kate Jennings finds out that her husband Billy isn’t the nice guy she thought she married. He’s been living a double life with another wife named Deb who btw is pregnant. Kate finds out more about Billy when she finds him hanging from their ceiling in an apparent suicide. In an “only in a Lifetime TV movie kind of twist,” the two wives team up and fight off a hitman who’s come after the $30,000 Billy owes him.
Kate is portrayed by Australian actress Kimberley Hews. While she’s been acting since 2010 and has had a recurring role on the popular Australian TV series Home and Away as Tulip O’Hare, The Other Wife is Hews’ big break in the United States. She’s currently living in Los Angeles. The Other Wife will premiere on LMN on March 13 at 8pm. It will air again on March 14 at 12am.
