On The Real Housewives of Potomac episode “Mom’s the Word,” while Ashley Darby and her husband see their baby for the first time (via sonogram), Karen Huger finally reveals her La Dame perfume with an extravagant soirée. Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon show up at the party to support Karen and are surprised when they see Katie Rost. Last time they saw Katie she was miserable in the Cayman Islands, and then abruptly left the trip.
When Gizelle sees Katie and gives her a hug, she says, “I almost didn’t recognize you.” Katie looks happy and is flaunting super long straight hair. Gizelle waves at Katie and exclaims, “I’m lovin’ this,” which has Katie literally jumping up and down.
Robyn hugs Katie too but still finds Katie’s behavior at the Cayman Island dubious. “It’s clear that Katie is completely oblivious to just disappearing in the Caymans.” Don’t expect Robyn to invite Katie on another trip.
