When Lady Gaga returned to New York for the 2019 Met Gala, prior to the big fashion event she posted a photo of herself on a fancy terrace wearing a black leather jacket over a Ramones t-shirt with black knee-torn jeans, and a pair of black leather boots. In the caption she added the hashtag: #ObsessedWithMyCelineBoots.

Made of 100% calf leather, the Celine Berlin Boots are on sale (under $1000) at italist (see link above). Celine, btw, is the French ready-to-wear and leather luxury goods brand that’s owned by LVMH group. It was founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana.
Of course, at the Met Gala, Lady Gaga didn’t look so casual. She wore a number of ensembles designed by Brandon Maxwell. See video below.
