On the series premiere of The Alec Baldwin Show, the actor/comedian Baldwin interviews two actors, one-on-one. Baldwin gets Oscar winner Robert De Niro, 75,to talk about everything from his successful restaurant and hotel business to his six children, aged 47 to 7. Baldwin’s second guest is Empire star Taraji P. Henson. The 48-year-old talks about being a mom (her son is 24-year-old Marcell Johnson), and getting ready to be married for the first time. Henson announced in May that she’s engaged to former Super Bowl NFL football player Kelvin Hayden. He is 35, eight years her junior.
Henson will appear next on the big screen in the film What Men Want. It’s a twist on the Mel Gibson movie What Women Want. Henson plays a woman who’s boxed out of her profession by male sports agents. But things turn in her favor when she develops the ability to hear her male counterparts’ thoughts. The Alec Baldwin Show airs Sundays at 10pm on ABC, right after Shark Tank.
