On the Million Dollar Listing New York episode “Billion Dollar Listing,” real estate power broker Ryan Serhant decides giving a smorgasbord event in the middle of Brooklyn could win back his client’s billion-dollar development. It doesn’t start out smoothly. Steve Gold also has a tough time showing a 3,200 sq. ft. penthouse with a gorgeous rooftop (listed for $8.495M) during a storm. Everything is looking up for Fredrik Eklund who’s showing One West End. Fredrik is representing the developers of One West End, Elad Group and Silverstein Properties. At an opening, Fredrik is told that a broker has a number of interested “big buyers” including actor Bruce Willis.
[Fredrik’s client 50 Cent was also in the Bruce Willis movie The Prince]
It was confirmed in February 2018; Bruce Willis (Diehard, Unbreakable) did buy a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, 3,000 sq. ft. condo at One West End, which was last listed for $7.9 million. Willis and his wife Emma recently sold their 6,000 sq. ft. Central Park West apartment for $17.75 million. (It sold within one week of being listed.) At their new place at One West End, the Willis family will have a dedicated pastry-making area and a built-in coffee machine system. They will also have access to the 12,000 sq. ft. rooftop garden. Million Dollar Listing New York airs Tuesdays at 10pm on Bravo.
