Usually when two singers show up for American Idol auditions, they audition separately. But not twin brothers Milo and Julian Sposato from Malibu, California. For their joint audition, they don’t just sing, they also play the trumpet and saxophone. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, their father Frank Blue Sposato is a composer for TV and films. When not on American Idol, or in middle school, you can catch Milo and Julian playing with their band SpoBro.
SpoBro tends to cover pop songs including Taylor Swift‘s “Style”, Justin Bieber‘s “Beauty and a Beat” and Miley Cyrus‘ “Wrecking Ball” — but they also have an original song, “Teen Destruction (Hot Burrito!)”. See the fun video below filmed at a kids’ school. American Idol airs Sundays and Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
