In the NCIS episode “Family Ties,” NCIS Director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) deals with his daughter Kayla (Naomi Grace) getting arrested for shoplifting. Meanwhile, McGee (Sean Murray) and Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) visit the home of high schooler Genevieve Bell (April Brinson) who witnessed a hit-and-run. After their visit, Genevieve and her parents Christopher and Julie Bell skip town which leaves NCIS in the lurch.
Christopher and Julie Bell on the NCIS episode “Family Ties” are portrayed by stand-up comedian/actor Jamie Kaler (Dads in Parks, My Boys with Jim Gaffigan) and Gabrielle Carteris. Carteris is known for her roles on Code Black (Amy Wolowitz) and Beverly Hills, 90210 (smart girl Andrea Zuckerman), among others. Gabrielle Carteris is the president of the actor’s union, SAG-AFTRA.
