In The Mayor episode “Monuments Man,” Mayor Courtney (Brandon Michael Hall) discovers that Tito’s Ballroom, the historic music venue in Fort Grey, is closing down because they can’t afford to pay the rent. In an attempt to save the club, Courtney sponsors a music festival and convinces Bay Area rapper E-40 to perform.
