Adam Cunningham is the 38-year-old from Nashville who’s made it to the Top 12 on The Voice, Season 13. It’s not a surprise that Adam has advanced, seeing as he grew up singing with his mother and father and released a few Christian albums as a young adult. What might surprise some of his fans is his song selection for his Top 12 performance on The Voice.

During the Top 12 Live performances, Adam will sing the Phil Collins song “Against All Odds,” just one week after Noah Mac (the handsome teenager who made it to the Top 12 thanks to coach Jennifer Hudson) sang the Phil Collins song “In the Air Tonight” at the Playoffs with Collins’ signature echo effect. Think “Against All Odds” — which was featured in the 1984 film of the same title with James Woods and Jeff Bridges — was a good pick? Cunningham was originally on Team Blake but was stolen by Adam Levine. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
