Before The Voice announces the winner of Season 12, a number of A-list musicians will perform on stage during the Live Finale. Season 11 coach Miley Cyrus, 24, will return to perform her latest hit single “Malibu“ and fellow twentysomethings Zedd and Alessia Cara will perform their hit song “Stay.”
Zedd explained on YouTube how the collaboration came about: “Alessia and I first met at rehearsals for the HALO awards, where Alessia, Daya and I performed together. I’ve loved her songs before but realized that she’s an unbelievable talent when we started rehearsing together so I asked her if she was interested in making music with me.” The Voice Live Finale airs Tuesday, May 23 at 8pm on NBC.
