In the TV movie Infidelity in Suburbia, Laura Halpern is a bored housewife and young mom. While her husband Greg (Peter Benson) is at work and her child is at school, she spices things up by having an affair with her contractor Elliott Graverston (Marcus Rosner). When the guilt sets in, Laura tries to breaks it off with Elliott by telling him “I made a mistake” — but he doesn’t take rejection well. At first it might be hard to believe that Sarah picks hardworking husband Greg over hunky Elliott but then we see Elliott’s true color – green! He can’t believe Laura would pick Greg over him either!
Laura is portrayed by Sarah Butler. She’s appeared on several TV shows including Grey’s Anatomy, CSI: Cyber, and Castle, among others. Butler is also recognized for her role as Jennifer in the I Spit on Your Grave movies. Infidelity in Suburbia premieres on Lifetime on Saturday, February 25 at 8pm.
