The Hallmark Channel movie Love Locks is about two American college students, Lindsey and Jack, who meet while studying in Paris. They fall in love. But when they try to add a “love lock” to the Pont des Arts (a tradition of lovers in the city of lights), the lock doesn’t fasten. The young couple sees it as a sign and they breakup. Twenty years later, Lindsey returns to Paris and bumps into her ex. They fall in love again, as adults.
Lindsey is portrayed by Rebecca Romijn. Jack is portrayed by her real-life husband Jerry O’Connell. O’Connell is known for his roles on Mistresses (Robert, Karen’s manny), Crossing Jordan (Detective Woody Hoyt), Las Vegas (Det. Woody Hoyt), and Sliders (boy genius Quinn Mallory), among others. O’Connell is also well recognized for his roles in the films Jerry Maguire (Frank Cushman) and Stand by Me (Vern). Love Locks premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, January 28 at 9pm.
