In the Love & Hip Hop episode ‘Coo Coo for Koko’, Yandy Smith-Harris (wife of Mendeecees Harris) agrees to meets with Samantha Wallace‘s best friend Koko. (Samantha is the mother of Little Mendeecees.) “Normally, I wouldn’t have anything to do with anyone associated with Samantha or Erika,” says Yandy, but Koko tells Yandy that she has some concerns regarding Little Mendeecees.
Koko tells Yandy that Samantha and Erika DeShazo (mother of Mendeecees’ son Aasim) are plotting “Operation Yandy.” The plot involves coming up with stories of Yandy cheating on Mendeecees — the idea is to break up their marriage so they don’t have to deal with Yandy anymore. When not plotting against Yandy, Erika is either working on her Harlem restaurant (see below) or selling her children’s clothing line A Royalé. The website says: “The A Royalé name represents monarchy, ascension, strength and the belief that we are born of royalty.” Love & Hip Hop airs Mondays at 8pm on VH1.
