Mob Wives star Renee Graziano has been dating a guy named Joe for the past two years and has been keeping it a secret. Well, the secret’s out now as the couple is starring on Season 7 of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. Renee thinks Joe wants to keep their relationship a secret so he doesn’t have to face her father, Anthony Graziano, former consigliere in the Bonanno crime family. In 2012, Renee’s father was indicted on federal racketeering and extortion charges based on recorded conversations provided by Renee’s husband, Hector Pagan, Jr.

Pagan appeared several times on Mob Wives. In September 2014, he sentenced to 11 years in prison for the 2010 murder of James Donovan (a reduced sentenced due to his cooperation with the FBI). Pagan and Renee are the parents of one child, AJ, who has taken his mother’s maiden name and is about to become a father. See photos below.
