In the Shameless episode ‘Ouroboros’, Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy) hears that his estranged and unstable wife Monica is back in town so he tries to avoid her. Meanwhile, Monica is determined to help her daughter Debbie (Emma Kenney) get her baby Franny back.
Monica Gallagher is portrayed by Chloe Webb. She’s known for her roles in the films Twins (Linda Mason), Sid and Nancy opposite Gary Oldman (Nancy Spungen), and Practical Magic (Carla), among others. Webb is also recognized for her roles as Mona Ramsey in the 1993 TV mini-series Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City and on China Beach (Laurette Barber). Shameless airs Sundays at 9pm on Showtime.
