On Basketball Wives LA, executive producer and star of the show Shaunie O’Neal thought it would be fun to go out to lunch with Tami Roman and for them each to invite a friend the other woman doesn’t know. Shaunie invites her friend Lindsay Stoudt who was married to NFL player Marshall Faulk. Tami invites a woman named January who isn’t afraid to speak her mind and talk about her sex life. She says she has a type, “One with a ball in his hand.” Shaunie says of Lindsay and January: “They are two very different white chicks.”
After January reveals that she had a one-night stand with Angel Brinks’ man Tyreke, Shaunie says, “This group of ladies is actually alright. I think we can rock a little bit.” Tami senses the same thing and invites Lindsay and January to an event she’s having for her daughter, singer Jazz. Lindsay says, “You need white chicks!” Shaunie and Tami laugh and repeat, “We need white chicks!” Basketball Wives LA airs Sundays at 8pm on VH1.
