Phoenix Lil’Mini is a hip hop dance rising star. While she will perform on Season 13 of So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation featuring all 8-to-13 year old dancers, it’s not her first time on the show. Last season she performed with All-Star Cyrus Spencer and stole the show. Since then Phoenix has appeared in Missy Elliott’s awesome “WTF (Where They From?)” music video (see below) and recently danced on stage with Justin Bieber (see below).
The 10-year-old popping Phoenix spends most of her “down time” training with Greg Chapkis at Chapkidz at Chapkis Dance studio in California. Chapkis Dance Family made it to Radio City Music Hall on America’s Got Talent last summer (ventriloquist Paul Zerdin won). So You Think You Can Dance airs Mondays at 8pm on FOX.
