Before The Voice’s third round of knockouts, host Carson Daly challenged the coaches to a game of Two Truths and a Lie. Daly read three “facts” about Adam Levine and the others – Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams – had to guess which of the three “facts” was a lie.
Turns out he was in two different bands in junior high (Mostly Men, Edible Nuns), and he was a writer’s assistant on the TV show Judging Amy. He did not appear on an episode of Melrose Place but – here’s the trick – he did appear on an episode of 90210. He and Maroon 5 (then Kara’s Flowers) played the Peach Pit after dark (see video below). The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
