The TV movie Manson’s Lost Girls tells the story of Linda Kasabian (Mackenzie Mauzy) who became a member of Charles Manson‘s “family.” After the cult went on a murder spree in August 1969, she turned herself in, helped convict Manson, and testified against fellow “lost girls” Susan Atkins, Leslie Van Houten and Patricia Krenwinkel. After Atkins’ death in jail, Van Houten and Krenwinkel are now the longest-incarcerated female inmates in the California penal system.
