In the Hallmark Channel movie Love on a Limb, Aimie works in the Parks and Recreation Department of her sweet little town. When she learns that a big old oak tree has been marked for excavation, she chains herself to the tree. A handsome arborist named Kyle, whose job it is to cut down the tree, argues with Aimie: “The roots are causing extensive damage, it’s got to go.” Aimie puts up a fight at first but she’s not very good at talking trash. When Kyle asks her out, the chains come off.
Aimie is portrayed by Ashley Williams. She’s known for her roles on The Jim Gaffigan Show (Jim’s wife Jeannie Gaffigan), How I Met Your Mother (Victoria), Huff (Alyssa), Good Morning, Miami (Dylan Messinger), and As the World Turns (Dani Andropoulos), among others. Love on a Limb premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, October 1 at 9pm. It will air again on October 2 at 5pm, October 8 at 7pm, October 9 at 1pm, and October 22 at 5pm.
