On The Simpsons episode “The Girl Code,” Lisa Simpson finds that she’s the only girl in her coding class. She’s delighted to discover that the teacher is a smart, empowered woman named Quinn Hopper. Lisa and Quinn quickly bond as they develop Conrad (voiced by Stephen Merchant), an app that tries to stop people from posting things on social media that they’ll regret later.
