Professional football player Tim Tebow played three seasons in NFL as a quarterback, after winning the Heisman Trophy while playing college football at Florida and being selected by the Denver Broncos in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft. As seen in the featured photo above, Tebow was known to kneel and pray on the field during games — a gesture he had trademarked as “Tebowing.”
While pursuing a career in minor league baseball with the New York Mets (2016-2021), Tebow married Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa in 2020. Mr. and Mrs. Tebow often raise money for the Tim Tebow Foundation at events including the annual TTF Golf Classic.
With the photos above, Mrs. Tebow reports that it was the first time she played at the event. Above, on the right, is country singer Jessie James Decker and her husband, former NFL wide receiver Eric Decker, Tebow’s former teammate in Denver. As one fan replied: “What a squad!”
