Caity Lotz Flaunts 6-Pack Abs, “You’re Not Supposed To Look Like Me”

On the Batwoman cross-over episode “Crisis on the Infinite Earths: Part Two,” Kate/Batwoman (Ruby Rose) teams up with Kara/Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) to find Bruce Wayne/Batman (guest star Kevin Conroy). Mia/Maya (guest star Katherine McNamara) challenges Sara/White Canary (Caity Lotz, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow).

When not on a TV or movie set, actress/dancer Lotz spends time in the gym… and it shows! She encourages her fans to “start small” and reminds beginners that “it’s all about just showing up.” (Lotz was a backup dancer for Lady Gaga and Avril Lavigne, among others.)

In her post-script, Lotz wrote: “we all have different body types and there is not a singular ideal for all of us. Your not supposed to look like me or @kimkardashian or @therock… Your supposed to be healthy you, that’s it.”
