When not on a movie set, comedic actor Jack Black (who’s working on the next Jumanji sequel with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kevin Hart) is chilling at his Los Angeles mansion with family and friends. Two days ago, during the NBA Playoffs, Black took to his home court for a few lay-ups which were filmed. He called out the names of NBA All-Stars including Kawhi Leonard (Toronto Raptors), LeBron James (L.A. Lakers), James Harden (Houston Rockets), and Kevin Durant (who Black calls Durantula), and says, “You gotta be relentless.” Black is obviously excited about the NBA playoffs, which are in full swing.
After Black makes a couple of shots, he asks the camera, “You want to see me dunk?” He says dunking on a ten-foot-tall basket is “a tall order for a guy who’s 5’7”.” Then the actor shakes his head, correcting himself: “six-and-a-half [inches].” After Black throws down a wicked two-handed slam, he gets into NBA trash-talk mode fast. “How do you like me now?” In the comments, Black’s pal The Rock asks if he’s sure that hoop is at “full height.” Note: The untitled Jumanji sequel will be on in theaters on December 13, 2019.
