On Season 7 of Shahs of Sunset, Mike invites his on-again, off-again girlfriend Mona Vand and her brother Nema Vand to a ski lodge. There they met everyone including MJ, Reza, and GG. While Nema zeroes in on GG, who’s going through a divorce, Mike spends time with Mona. Mona is known professionally as Dr. Mona Vand. She’s not a physician but a Doctor of Pharmacy. She attended the prestigious Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
On her professional website, Mona says she “understands wellness at a chemical level” but also she believes “medication is only part of the equation for maximum health.” The other parts involve diet, exercise and mindset. She teaches her health methods (and plant-based lifestyle) to more than 117,000 people a day on social media platforms including YouTube. See video below.
