On the Botched episode “Junk in the Trunk,” Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif see three patients. One is a woman whose butt has been supersized by spina bifida, another had half her lip ripped off by a dog. And then there’s Allegra Cole, a 44-year-old woman who pumps her own 4600cc breasts at home. “I love being in control,” she says.

On Botched, Allegra explains that she got her first breast implants at the age of 33. They were 800ccs. She admits, “I started to get that boob greed. I wanted to get fuller, bigger.” She found a website that had men who wanted to financially support women who wanted implants. In return the men would get pictures. The men send the money right to the doctor. The doctor told her he would put in 1700ccs next. Still, after her second breast augmentation, she says “I wasn’t as big as I wanted to be.” Then she found out she could expand her implants with saline injections at home. She doubled her breast size in about five months. She’s now at 4600ccs. After the expanders were put in she noticed unevenness. Now she wants to fix the asymmetry.
