The medical drama Code Black is back for its third season. In the premiere episode “Third Year,” the doctors of Angels Memorial race to save a girl caught in the crossfire of a drug bust-turned-shootout. Meanwhile, daredevil doctor Col. Ethan Willis (Rob Lowe) decides to stick to field medicine. He has a new partner on the ambulance, paramedic Roxanne Valenzuela aka Rox. She’s not excited about being paired up with “the ride along guy.” And yes, she’s gorgeous.
Rox is portrayed by Moon Bloodgood. The Nebraskan-born actress is known for her roles on Falling Skies (Anne Glass), Burn Notice (Detective Paxson), Terminator Salvation: The Machinima Series (Blair Wiliams), and Day Break with Taye Diggs (Rita Shelten), among others. Code Black airs Wednesdays at 10pm on CBS. [Binge watch the past two seasons of Code Black and other CBS favorites via CBS All-Access]
