In the Scorpion episode “Lighthouse of the Rising Sun,” a solar storm knocks out power in Los Angeles. During the crisis, Team Scorpion scrambles to help teen pilot Griffin (guest star Brett Pierce) and his girlfriend Rachel who are lost over the Pacific Ocean without navigation or radio contact.
Rachel is portrayed by Haley Pullos. The 19-year-old Emmy-nominated actress is known for her roles on General Hospital (Molly Lansing-Davis), Mr. Student Body President (Addison Pierce), Instant Mom (Molly), and Ghost Whisperer (Young Melinda/Jennifer Love Hewitt), among others. Scorpion airs Mondays at 10pm on CBS, right after 9JKL.
